Junior Lone Star FC-Liberia will play first division side Watanga FC in the first round of the 2018 LFA Cup.
During the Live Draw conducted at the LFA Office, the Stars in Liberia were drawn against the 2012 LFA Cup finalists Watanga FC. The game is scheduled for Thursday, September 13th at 2:00pm at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium in Monrovia.
Watanga FC currently sits 4th in Group A of the First Division with a 0-2-1 (W-D-L) record this season while the Stars don’t begin their league season until two weeks from today.
Junior Lone Star FC-Liberia will be making its first ever appearance in the LFA Cup after displaying splendid performances during the LFA 3rd Division Pre-Season Tournament earlier this year.
