Philadelphia Lone Star FC (PLSFC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that relies on donation/sponsorships from local businesses or persons in our community to offer a place for the children and young adults of the southwest Philadelphia area to experience the joy of youth soccer and a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

Donating to a Nonprofit Organization, such as PLSFC, is tax deductible. We do everything in our power to never turn away a child because his/her family can’t afford to pay the registration fees. We have one of the lowest registration fee structures in all of Philadelphia and Delaware Counties so we can offer our programs free or at very low cost to as many families in our community as possible.

PLSFC can only continue to provide a low-cost program with the support of donors/sponsors. The money you donate to PLSFC will help us to offer free programs to our players. Your donation also helps PLSFC maintain and/or replace our equipment to keep it safe for the children and young adults that participate in our various programs. Any amount, no matter how big or how small, is highly appreciated to keep our programs running, just like it has been for the past 23 YEARS!

Other expenses such as nets, purchasing new goals, field paint, corner flags, uniforms, field rental, tournament registration, league registration, referee fees, and transportation are just some of the costs we need to cover to keep our program running each and every season.

You can read more about our organization in this May 9, 2017 feature article on U.S. Soccer Federation website. Also, kindly watch the video below:
