YOUTH & HIGH SCHOOL
Eon Gawronski is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States. He attended the YSC Academy and played for the Philadelphia Union Academy from 2015-19 where he helped the Union Academy to a 14-6-6 season as a sophomore and a 17-4-7 record as a junior. He also spent the 2018-19 season with Continental FC Delco where he played eight games as a senior.
COLLEGE SOCCER
Gawronski is currently a sophomore at Temple University where he has made 7 appearances (6 starts) for the Owls, leading them to the AAC Tournament semi-finals.
Gawronski is the first Temple men’s soccer player since 2013 to be named to both the All-Conference Team and the All-Rookie Team. After seeing his first collegiate action against USF, Gawronski got his first chance to start against No. 2 SMU. The freshman keeper wowed, garnering AAC Goalkeeper of the Week honors and producing a clean sheet against an offense that was averaging four goals a game. In six starts this season, Gawronski has earned AAC weekly honors three times. Gawronski is ranked third in the conference save percentage (.784) and is fourth in both saves (31) and saves per game (4.14).
